market. Your product must be returned with all components and
paperwork in their original, undamaged condition and packaging
for a 100% refund.
Warranty
ParScooter
guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with the performance
and operation of your new ParScooter. Under normal operating
conditions, you will enjoy years of continuous, trouble free
usage. Besides cleaning and occasional adjustments to the components,
there is virtually no maintenance.
Please
keep a copy of your purchase receipt. An email or print of your
order confirmation showing your order number will be sufficient
in case you should need warranty service.

ParScooter comes with a free 1-year Limited Warranty consisting

- 1-year from the date of purchase

- 90 days from the date of purchase, life expectancy is 200-500
re-charges (golf-days)

Please

@ parscooter.com for spare or replacement parts. Depending
upon the repair needed, you may be referred to an authorized
service center near you or you may need to return your ParScooter
for in-factory service or replacement.
Please
follow the recommended battery care procedures for recharging
and storing your battery. A copy in included with your ParScooter
and can be viewed here.

Returns
/ Return Authorization
Before
returning any items, you must obtain a return authorization
number from ParScooter by emailing the customer service department
at customerservice
@ parscooter.com. This helps us to track incoming returns
and assures proper accounting of your credit.
Shipping
The
ParScooter system will ship to you in three separate boxes direct
from three strategically located manufacturing warehouses to
save on shipping costs. Each item is shipped 99% assembled and
requires minimal time, tools, and expertise to complete the
remaining assembly. Instructions
are included with the packaging. For a limited time, the shipping
on a ParScooter is 100% FREE! Extra
batteries, battery chargers,
the ParScooter cover
and the ParScooter carrier
are optional and normal shipping and handling charges apply.
